Support Not Separation, the Disabled Mothers’ Rights Campaign and Winvisible signed an Open Letter published recently in the Sunday Times, calling for the immediate withdrawal of the label Fabricated Induced Illness and associated guidance. Too often mothers who ask for help for their disabled children or challenge medical misdiagnoses are accused of FII and children are taken into “care” – or worse, a child tragically dies at the hands of professionals having never been harmed by their mother.
