Mums and others in Support Not Separation will be joining this Breastfeeding action (“Nurse-in”) on Wednesday 9 October 10.30-11.30 organised by Extinction Rebellion (XR) as part of the October XR Movement of Movements. Mothers are meeting at the QEII Centre, Broad Sanctuary, Westminster, SW1P 3EE and will move to a nearby location for the action.

We’ll be highlighting that the family courts completely  disregard the importance of breastfeeding when they take babies away from their mums, (or take them so quickly that breastfeeding can’t even start) and give fathers overnight contact to very young children including those still being breastfed, ignoring the trauma that causes to the children and their mums.  If you’re in London, we hope you’ll join us.
